its not that simple....i'm sure there are many claims coming in on a daily basis so its not possible for the brg team to review a claim right away....its just frustrating when you can clearly see a lower rate everyday but can't get a claim approved....
I was half joking. I'm sure they do have many claims coming in each day, but as Marriott should know full well - prices are dynamic and changing sometimes even hourly. So taking 24-hours to get back to a claim is almost always going to result in Marriott's favor, which is why you see so many denied claims.
