My sense is that this is all by design and Marriott knows exactly how to game you. Why does it take 24-hours to quickly view a claim and verify a rate. Do they only have one agent working in the BRG team?
its not that simple....i'm sure there are many claims coming in on a daily basis so its not possible for the brg team to review a claim right away....its just frustrating when you can clearly see a lower rate everyday but can't get a claim approved....
