If you buy it as one ticket, SK will check your luggage through to the final destination. If you buy two tickets, this is a rsiky connection, where you carry all risk of rebooking and paying for rebooking of the subsequent flights if you miss it.

It is unlikely that SK will check through to QR on separate tickets. And 1h 35m is just not enough to reclaim, move to T5 and recheck.
