They're not posted. I showed up a little after 9:20 and they were still seating people, but there was a 30+ minute wait (despite a bunch of open tables). I'm really down on SFO Polaris lounge dining at this point. The buffet - unappealing to begin with - looked like it had been swarmed by a horde of mongols.
