Curious if any FTers can corroborate the above experience regarding breakfast being granted to elites? Similar to the above poster, I'd usually stay at the Hilton but would like something a bit nicer. However I also just have this visceral reaction to being a top-tier elite, yet staying at the highest end property in a chain and getting absolutely nothing for it. The RC is overall a much better property but tough to walk from the Hilton and give up lounge, great breakfast, and possibly upgrade in order to become 100+ night/year Ambassador "dirt" at RC.
