Skeleton is right. I drove by it last weekend. Almost no walls up yet. It's still just a frame, and I didn't see any construction going on. A Long ways to go.

If the developer is having problems (obviously) and the hotel changes hands, so could its affiliation. Do we remember when the (then unfinished) Las Vegas Cosmopolitan was going to be a Hyatt?
