I would try the self-check in kiosks first, although if it dosen't allow you to OLCI, the kiosks will likely give the same message.

What message does it give when you OLCI ? Some times it's because you've been auto-allocated a emergency exit seat ... but I doubt MH is that generous :P

Are you able to OLCI for you DPS - KUL BP ?
