you are lucky. If you are a frequent guest at the hotel they sometimes do (my daughter had multiple trips to Cleveland clinic and I was almost weekly at the RC and they did it) BUT per Ritz rules, they are not supposed to upgrade you to the club. I think partly to keep the numbers down
