I had a quick one night stay here and will not return. There’s nothing in particular wrong with the property, but it’s pretty meh all around, from F&B, breakfast, loyalty recognition to the actual service at the property. It feels like a very robotic and industrialized property, not fully living up to the luxury expectation that comes with the Conrad brand. This is the hard thing about Bangkok, if it would have been any other city I’d say it’s a pretty good hotel, but in a city with boundless options, the Conrad falls short, even with the renovated rooms.
