That's correct, tier status resets October 1st. MLIFE had some maintenance/update issues that weren't resolved until mid October. Everything should be good by now though. If you definitely didn't re-qualify, then it's probably a mistake or glitch. Who knows. MLIFE website has been undergoing maintenance/updates for the last few months. My Express Comps have disappeared twice and came back
Do you happen to have Hyatt status? If so, maybe somehow your Hyatt status got matched automatically?
