The terrace is like a cheap copy of the UA Club at LAX and the rest of the lounge is an overcrowded zoo. Hard to find a seat, let alone a clean spot for lunch or a drink. To add insult to injury, there are no sockets or adapters for non-European plugs, as you would find at most international lounges; a lounge manager just told the American pax next to me to go to a shop in the terminal and buy a $25 adapter.

Food and drink quality are below school canteen level and nowhere to take a nap. Apparently sleep cabins will be ready in “a few weeks time”, I was told by the LoungeGuide. Well, I am tired now ...
I was there today for the 1st time around mid day and fully agree with you. Too big, too crowded, too noisy. Too many big tables meaning that you are obliged to share a table with people you don’t know, otherwise there’s not enough place. Food not appalling at all (worse than in most school canteen). No drink (even water) available in the part I was seated, so you need to walk to the other end of the lounge for this. I would call that a nice cafeteria along the expressway. Too bad as there are some nice aspects in this lounge, The “Dutch mountain” part is indeed closed.
here are some pictures
