Or walk 1 mile from the 423's nearest bus stop, Harlington Corner (Holiday Inn Ariel). Personally I would take the tube then the bus.
If arriving into T5 with no checked luggage and on an international arrival (not UK or Ireland) then you can take the Flight Connection bus airside from T5A and T5B to T2 and then exit the UK Border there, rather than T5. However the airside bus service winds down after about 21:00 hrs.
