Citi no longer allowing product conversion from AA cards to DC?
Called Citi to have one of my AA cards converted to a Citi Double Cashback. Representative told me they don't allow this any longer as changes are coming to the AA cards Jan 1st and I should call back then. Anyone having similar experiences or was recently able to convert it? Or is that a case of HUCA?
