I used Dash (or at least tried to) to try and deliver a passport same day airport-to airport late last year. Despite the urgent next flight stickers, it missed two consecutive connections in ATL and didn’t arrive until the next day after my scheduled international departure already left. I had a friend drop it off at airport, which became an hour long process to accept, and picking up at JFK was equally a hassle (delta cargo is halfway between terminals and car rentals, not very transit accessible) with staff I’d describe as not meant for customer facing work. It was a cool concept and well priced at ~$85 bucks, but execution was seriously depressing.
