I've never felt anything but ultra-safe in New York or London... Indonesia on the other had has constant ongoing violence and terrorism. And it's been a while since I was in New Delhi, but other than the occasional train derailment, how do you figure it's less safe than Jakarta?

I do agree that a US-Indonesia route seems unnecessary but if DL simply wants a codeshare agreement, then it makes some sense.
