So I've got both the Amex Platinum and BoA cash rewards credit card without having SSN and i'm not even a permanent US resident.
Am I correct in thinking that when/if I get a referral bonus from Amex or the 200$ cashback from BoA then IRS will be forced to give me ITIN which I will later be able to use to get Chase cards (CSR, Business Ink,... etc) ?
