I'd be more concerned about being in New York, London, Jerusalem, Istanbul or New Delhi than being in most parts of Indonesia.

Jakarta does not make sense to me as a DL route given that most Indonesian nationals are going to have a tough time getting visas to the US and US-Indonesian business volumes (ex-oil) are not so great that there are not better routes.
