'Just don't argue" - That arrogant nature of that very point and the culture associated with that statement is what lead to the Dr. Dao incident.
Obviously this is a different airline, but it's appalling to see even in the Post-United 3411 world the immediate reaction from front line airline representatives on disagreement over a Customer Service issue is to threaten to / call security.
I do not disagree with the policy in question. What I am disagreeing is that sort of power tripping.
