This was faster than overnight but cheaper than sending a person to deliver the documents, and would have been more expensive than FedEx, etc. My guess is that PMNW offered this service in the 1990s.
I remember way back in the day....like way back when mostly every city had a " yellow cab" taxi service, that delivered just about anything from your house to your friends or relatives houses, for the cost of the fare. lol. And they could be trusted to get it there 😁
