As gnedge mentioned, look for all of the Nissans parked on the roof level. I believe it's overflow for the Universal City Nissan across the street. And there's pretty decent coffee at the little mart by the big Universal building (10 UCP) I think everyone's referring to. I myself would still drive to Coffee Bean though.
