Is the "meet and greet" you mention just the usual special needs stuff, or does SQ do something special in SIN for C or F passengers?
You may arrange meet and greet service with any airline as far as I know even with coach class passengers. This is especially useful for first time travellers, young/aged travellers, people who need special assistances, or those who have language barriers.

What" You mean you don't have this kind of service in USA?
