I just liberated the last 3 old bags from Bishopsgate. Cheapside already has the new ones. I think you should be able to find a few old ones if you visit enough stores.

The new scheme is not as bad as you think. If the phone turns on, you get 300 points. 'Turns on' is not the same as fully working. 50 points for all other phones. They have also changed the rules to '5 phones per person PER YEAR'. This means we can all go back in again in January if we can find some working phones.
