Cathay catering has totally gone to pits. Just ordered beef cheeks on TPE-HKG in J. The meat was so tough that I could not bite through it. Tried sawing at it with the knife, and was not successful. Stopped in Bridge to wait for the next flight, and the food just looked horrid, including the Pizza. The Noodle bar in TPE was ok, but not great. Moved to the AmEx lounge, and the food at least looked decent enough.
