"Thank you for your follow up. I am sorry to advise you I've received no further updates. The Concierge team is best suited to assist with bookings and future travel as we don't have access to these tools in Customer Relations."
Yes I was just able to login and check my balances on https://altitude.aircanada.com/status/home. Running Version 78.0.3904.70 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) on Windows 10.

Awhile back I was having login problems that I finally traced to third-party cookies. I have to allow [*.]aeroplan.com in order to get aircanada.com sites working.
