Looking at UA PVG-EWR this Thursday 10/31 and Polaris is showing it’s booked to 35 (+17 blocked) with the 60 seat cabin and Premium Plus is showing full but UA still willing to sell more seats. Is this indicative that Premium Plus is severely oversold and they plan to op-up a bunch of passengers to Polaris?

It just seems odd that PZ/PN wouldn’t be available with cabin booked so lightly - especially if they are planning to op-up a number of passengers.
