the US has a 24 hour cooling off period enshrined in law. Many airlines in the UK have similar policies but I believe it is not a legal requirement
in Australia I’m not aware of any 24 hour cancellation or amendment policy. I think if the flight departs Australia there is almost always a cancel for a credit option, which I think is a legal right but doesn’t sound like that would apply here
so the actual question for OP seems to be, does Singapore have a similar 24 hour cooling off policy required under the law?
