Deicing delay due to equipment mx or wx?
Was on UA4731 from COS to DEN. Was delayed 40 mintues because they had to refill deicing truck. Missed my DEN to MCI.
Is this delay considered operational or weather? Wondering if they pay for my hotel as a gold.
