Just had a 1-night paid stay. Was planning on an award rate, but the cash rate was only $114. So went that way instead for the lowest category room they had. It is off-season here and the hotel wasn't anywhere near full. They upgraded me to an oceanfront, balcony room which was very nice. I asked for a late check-out (was asked how late did I want) and was given 4pm with no other questions or issues. ^
