This is incredible! In spring 2019 the hotel was still expected to open in late 2019 (e.g. "now"). only in June/July they switched from originally late 2019 to spring 2020. and now late 2020?

This is embarrassing for a country like the US. Where is the planning? And people complain about delayed hotel openings in Asia, but it's not much different here
