I have never been denied access to a Priority Pass lounge. I'm not sure I can recall where all I've used it, but my experience with it includes ACC (both the old and new terminals), ATL, BAH, BOM, CAI, CCU, DEL, DXB, FRA, IAD, JFK, ORD, PVG, and SIN. I counted a total of 23 lounges in these airports using Priority Pass.
