Similarly, what if you are insurance eligible but haven't purchased insurance (and no military id)? Enterprise says you may be asked for USAA insurance or military id at check-in, but I don't want to purchase the insurance as it's all higher premiums than what I've got--yet I
could purchase it if I wanted.
