Had this service originating in YYZ. “Check in” at YYZ concierge office. They had boarding passes printed (had previously checked in online). Escorted to domestic security. Went through myself and was met at bottom of escalator by concierge with iPad/name. Escorted to tarmac level and into BMW SUV. Short ride to international gates and was quickly in signature lounge. Overall very stress free experience and much appreciated not having to navigate through crowds. Paid J, SE, not MM. Received call in morning offering service.
