That is really unfortunate. I like to respond to these surveys, providing positive feedback to staff and highlighting some issues. I can confirm, that on 2 occasion (The Confidante and HR Cologne) I received an e-mail apologizing for the experiences and ensuring the issues would not happen again. I am looking forward to my stays again, mid Nov at The Confidante and December in Cologne.
