Scoot don't want to cancel after a double booking error
Hi,
I've made a double booking error. I've booked last week 1 flight from Singapore to Bangkok. Today, I've booked again for the same day, a flight from Singapore to Chiangmai
The ticket is "not refundable" but I can see the 24 hours grace policy on the website on mistakes:

I've called the hotline 1 hour to cancel one of the flight but they didn't want to. Anyone has any advices?
