USB C Power Banks - best practice between trips?

Hi all, I’m sure we all travel with one or two USB power banks in case we need to charge devices away from power outlets. I travel with a small 10,000 unit for my phone, as well as a massive 28,600 unit with 60w PD for my laptop.

Here is my question: is it good practice to use the batteries every once in a while between trips? How should they be left (charging state) if not in use for a few weeks? These chargers just sit in my luggage between trips...fully charged so always ready to use. There are many articles online saying it’s bad for lithium ion battery health to leave them fully charged when not in use.

is it good to run these power banks down fully and half-charge between trips? Or just keep topping them off as needed?

or am I overthinking it and it doesn’t really matter since power banks are not electronic devices like tablets or phones? I am not a battery expert.

Thanks for any ideas!
