Dear member,

I see how sure you are that that the responsability is on TK's side, and I understand that I should deal with them in priority.

As far as I understand I'm somewhere lost in a game beetween SK and TK, but none in TK staff can feel in responsability to solve the question and to at least satisfy the customer, who should not have to pay the price of this situation.

Let me give an anthology of the answers I got from TK, and I have no reason not to believe them when they refer to the replies done by SK.

05/08 - « Since the flights included in your ticket number 11724XXXXXXXXX specified in your feedback are registered in the passenger program of another Star Alliance member airline, the relevant flights could not be included in your membership account. » (there was no other FFP ob ly ticket from the beginning)

05/09 - « Please be informed that the flights you have mentioned in your message has already been requested in order to claim. We would like to inform you that for the related flights the partner airline responded to us as "Already credited to another airline's FFP". Therefore, we would like you to contact with related airline for this issue. »

11/09 - « Please be informed that the flights you have mentioned in your message has already been requested in order to claim. We would like to inform you that for the related flights the partner airline responded to us as "Invalid class code, fares within the Go Light are not valid for accrual. ". Therefore, we would like you to contact with related airline for this issue. »

28/09 - « Please be informed that Miles are earned in accordance with the class specified by the airline operating the flight. Besides, we would like to inform you that for the related flight the partner airline responded to us as "flight not eligible for accural". »

29/09 - « We would like you to be informed that in all the mileage acrual transaction from all the Star Alliance Partner Ailrlines' flights, after we’ve received your requests with related documents as boarding pass and ticket, we directly contact the relevant airline which operated the flights. As soon as we’ve received the necessary approval, we add the Miles to your account and send you a confirmation e-mail.The approval time for these flights may vary depending on the investigation processes of the other airline. We can not process your flight without other Airlines's confirmation.
However the flights you have mentioned in your message have already been requested in order to claim. We would like to inform you that for the related flights the partner airline responded to us as "(Invalid class code, fares within the Go Light are not valid for accrual. )". Therefore, we would like you to contact with related airline for this issue. »

08/10 - « The flights you have mentioned in your message have already been requested in order to claim. We would like to inform you that for the related flights the partner airline responded to us as "(Invalid class code, fares within the Go Light are not valid for accrual)". »

14/10 - « The flights you have mentioned in your message have already been requested in order to claim. We would like to inform you that for the related flights the partner airline responded to us as "(Invalid class code, your fare class is"O")".
Please be informed that, we do not have any authorization for this process. Therefore, we are sorry for that we are unable to meet your demand positively. You may contact with Scandinavian Airlines customer service for the transactions. »
