UA can only ticket on UA's ticket stock.

CM's cheapest fares require CM's ticket stock.

The other OTAs listed will ticket those fares on CM's ticket stock, not UA's ticket stock, which causes your PQD issue.

The new PQP scheme addresses this issue with PQD earning.
