When I was based in the City and had to visit NYC regularly for business, I used BA2 on the return numerous times and found it pretty good.

Easy and quick boarding at JFK due to few pax, beds comfortable enough (less privacy than most other CW seats, similar to the centre pairs in normal CW). On arrival, quickly out of the airport and taken by BA to the nearby Radisson Edwardian New Providence Wharf for a shower in the spa, breakfast, followed by a taxi to the office (DLR is also nearby) and at my desk by 9am. For the east side of town, it always felt like a better experience for me.

Haven’t done it for a while, so don’t know if the arrivals service is still provided. If it is, I’d recommend BA2, if not maybe LHR is a better option. If you do it, mention to the check in or lounge staff at JFK that you want the arrivals service (assuming it still exists).

Personal preference of course...and who knows how long the BabyBus will be around..?
