Agree (as a non-vegetarian) that It would be appropriate for EK to add a vegetarian choice, at least in the J cabin (although many other carriers even do so in Y, not least for cost reasons). Logistically can‘t be that a big deal: they already offer a vegetarian choice in F, and 90% of that menu is the same as J anyway... I for one wouldn‘t mind being able to choose a vegetarian dish every once in a while over, say, the umpteenth time with a fish (the mackerel dish, which resurfaces every few months for years now) I don‘t care for at all Having said that, just as one of the other posters, even as a pax traveling only in the premium cabins, I tend to avoid the meals on board, as I don‘t think they are that great and far too repetitive (the monthly cycle is recurring every few months), just having the fruits and the odd appetizer, otherwise grab something from the lounge.
