Wine List

Champagne

Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2007, Champagne, France
The prestige cuvee of Taittinger, Comtes de Champagne first appeared in 1952. A Blanc de Blanc, the Chardonnay grapes are sourced from prized vineyards including Grand Cru sites in Avize and Cramant. The 2006 is a powerful, refined and expressive Champagne, this vintage is showing citrus fruit aromas, lime blossom and notes of caramelised grapefruit. It has a great length and complexity and is a perfect wine to begin a fine meal, yet could be enjoyed throughout.

White

Tyrrell's Vat 1 Semillon 2014, Hunter Valley, New South Wales
Established in 1858, Tyrrell's produce award winning wines with fruit from well-established vineyards. This iconic white was born from selected "sacred sites" boasting vines over 100 years old in the Hunter Valley. Offering delicate aromas of citrus, young stone fruit, light honey and lifted mineral notes. A fine acid backbone has lasted the test of time and provides elegant structure and freshness to this ageing beauty.

Holm Oak Sauvignon Blanc 2018, Tamar Valley, Tasmania
Holm Oak is a young estate founded by a husband and wife team of Bec and Tim Duffy in the Tamar Valley of Tasmania. With decades of combined experience, they craft a bright and zesty Sauvignon Blanc from an area of the wine world that's gaining new attention every day.

Leeuwin Estate Art Series Chardonnay 2015, Margaret River, Western Australia
Is there a more iconic white wine in Australia than this? Concentrated with plenty of depth and detail, this wine is bursting with complexity. White nectarine, orange rind and nougat entwine with flint and spice. It's well poised on the palate, wonderfully textured, pure and fresh with a flavour that goes on and on.

Red

Levantine Hill Colleen's Paddock Pinot Noir 2015, Yarra Valley, Victoria
The Levantine Hill project in the Yarra Valley has begun with aspirations to the highest standard and achieving quality without any compromise. The 2015 Colleen's Paddock shows this precision and pedigree. Dark forest fruits of plum and cherry mix with wild strawberries and complex spices. Classy oak is apparent but not dominating, fine tannin and cleansing acidity make for a delicious wine.

Levantine Hill Syrah 2015, Yarra Valley, Victoria
For a young winery, Levantine Hill are producing some sophisticated styles that are beautiful expressions of the region. All grapes are harvested, sorted and plunged by hand. Coming from a cool climate, this Shiraz presents medium bodied and savoury, abundant with characters drawn from the earth. Subtle yet complex, underlying oak carries the fruit weight for a lingering finish.

Cape Mentelle Cabernet Sauvignon 2016, Margaret River, Western Australia
A single vineyard wine that has evolved over more than 40 years, this vintage proudly displays the opulence of the region. Appearing bright crimson, the nose is restrained yet, complex with red and black berries along with fine savoury elements of smoke, bay and cedar. The palate shows classic cassis with hints of juniper; has fine, tight tannins and structural finesse.

Dessert

Lillypilly Noble Blend 2015, Riverina, New South Wales
This is one stunningly aromatic dessert wine with tropical fruits and glorious fresh vital passionfruit, lychees and pineapple. This wine is a lighter style with lively acidity supporting the fruit characters. Sweet but balanced and seamless in delivery, it will leave you wanting more.
