you have to remember that this is the same airline that took away Indian Hindu meals from their menu and then re-introduced it. It goes to show the lack of research done in this area, as you correctly point out. (

the amount of people going vegan or vegetarian is on the increase, i can see this across China and whether you like it or not, its here to stay and the market for it is growing. I think its perfectly reasonable to have onboard vegetarian or vegan dishes and i for one would try them on a few sectors as i am too moving in that direction.
