I stayed at the Hilton last summer and the IC five years ago. I much preferred the Hilton, including the location, amenities, and food and beverage. I booked a pool villa, which was enjoyable. In terms of the IC, the OWB's aren't really OWB's, as they are attached to land. I did like the layout of the IC, but would return to the Hilton over the IC. During both stays, I dove out of a dive shop past the IC, so the drive last summer from the Hilton was a bit longer, but we went right by the IC during our dive excursions.

We did have one issue at the Hilton that required police involvement. The hotel acted as if they were attentive, but never followed-up after we departed. Regardless, it did not ruin our vacation, and two staff members ended up losing their jobs (and rightfully so).
