i don't agree : I was the customer, I bought on SK website a consumer good ; one feature of this good was to be sold as Q and E class.
During the booking procédure I had information that this Go Light flight was a "Q" class, I had another window to check how many miles I would get if I choose it and that's why I bought.
I would not have bought this flight if it would have been O and I would have gone on another company.
I was misled.

Crediting miles to a FFP program is the task of the FFP program, not the airline operating the flight. It's not SK who misled you. It's the FFP program you decided to credit the miles too, no matter what your customer service at your FFP said. If it's stated on the FFP website that you will earn minimum 500 miles flying Q on SK metal and you have a ticket showing bought a flight on SK metal with a SK flight number and booking class Q, the FFP has to credit you those miles. SK can't credit you any miles on other airlines FFP programs.
