I think it is depending on flight sector length ( ie if it over 8hrs then it is a crew rest). As PKX ( new Beijing airport is over 8 hrs IIRC I would say you are potentially at risk) -others may confirm this,

Definite risk at the moment. Anyone with an inbound from SJC, GIG and MEX all lost 7K this week. There is another thread about it in the forum.
I personally wish BA would either block these immediately or post a note warning of the risk of that seat bring reassigned.
