The earning chart I told about is TK one ; I could attach the link but for the moment I'm not allowed to do it.
Easy to find on Miles and Smiles TK website, and very explicit : Q and E 100% miles not less than 500.

By the way I did recently similar flights on LO and LX, and got after one or two days the miles promissed. No problem for them.

No code share ; SK operated SK.

I don't think it is possible to transfer miles from EB to Miles and Smiles. Never seen that.
