I don't see that the problem lies with Scandinavian Airlines here. Turkish Airlines should credit you the miles because on their website they do not distinguish between Go and Go Light classes. They might have this internal agreement with SK that Light fares should not receive any points any longer, but it is not published anywhere it seems.
E is the highest booking class in GO at Scandinavian Airlines, so it should have been fairly expensive and you should also have evidence that it was E class (and not "O") on the boarding pass. With that boarding pass I would confront Turkish Airlines and claim your miles. SK will not be able to help you in this case. It is not their business even as you credit the flight to the program of Turkish Airlines.
