Our room was on the end of the first Floor. When we entered we stood in a small corridor, on the right the entrance to the bathroom/ closet, in the front the living room.
The living room was like the whole suite not big, therefore the furniture was nice. The 65 Inch TV was nearly too big for the room, the sofa comfortable.



The bedroom had a very comfortable bed, a window to the bathroom (shower and tub) and a mirror-TV. While they look pretty nice they have problems with reflections.



The bathroom was pretty big. On the left there was room which a freestanding tub and the shower. Personally I´m not a fan of this constructions. My main concern was the water pressure which was weak.There was a working TV and on the right the toilet and the closet. There was not too much closet space in my eyes.






Highlight was the balcony with a stunning view.










So far so good, I liked the room. OK, off-season 900 € per night at a -20% Opening rate are no bargain (would call it overpriced) but nevertheless the room was nice.
Now the wired things. While the hotel is only open since March 2019 and we stayed on an opening rate the room already showed a lot of wear and tear. First the carpets were full of stains and not acceptable at a FS.


Also the marble at the bathroom looked as it were many years in use, some parts simply looked filthy.



The Sofa at the balcony was also filthy and had a brand hole. I had no Intention to sit on it.

On the one hand I was happy with the suite, on the other the condition was not acceptable. If it continues this way they must close down the hotel in 2 years for a complete renovation or it will be the most worn FS in the world.
