now, being a vegetarian... not out of being religious, or on a health kick.. its just the way we were raised. Yes I have eaten meat in my youth and beyond.. but about 10 year ago just stopped. Have not missed it. (I cook a lot of Indian food... my wife says I should open a restaurant.. I dont think she has great taste buds)

but that aside.. I find that BA, actually always has a decent option.. especially the LHR to BOM flights and return if you want a meal at 3 am

Here in the US.. Burger King now has the impossible burger .. I hear the sells are quite good, and reading, I hear the UK is doing a great job with catering to the non meat eaters.

Cathy has just recently introduced , I believe a very tasty Veggie option on its long haul flights.

given the current trend, I think most airlines around the world will at some point move to that direction. (well , may not AA, their veggie options are really bad, even in F)
