if you want vegeterian, go orientals or Indian vegeterian special meal.
Or maybe people enjoy vegetarian food? E.g. pasta which generally shouldn't contain meat, or one wants a lighter meal, or vegetarian food tends to taste better on planes.. many reasons. I don't understand why people see a vegetarian dish as inferior. Is it so important to eat meat in every single meal?
