Any non-participating brands one should be aware of?
I have a few overseas trips coming up and ran into a few brands I haven't stayed at thus far.

Regent appears in the footer of the IHG rewards club website so I strongly assume it is part of IHG rewards. But what about other new or newly-acquired brands such as Six Senses?
